unky2020
hello there, i am trying to set up an axon server configuration with 3 clients. for the clients i am using the express talk software. so far so good - internal calling works fine - i can call landline phones thanks to voipdiscount also - other people could call my SIP adress direclty because i set it up so my question now is: if i try to make a call from any of the 3 clients, calling a sip adress, i dont want to use any voip provider nor FXO adapter, i just want they can make a direct call to a SIP adress, but still using the axon server. it works fine if i change the options of the client (use it without any proxy) but i dont want to change it all the time: so here is what i need for outgoing calling plans in axon: - if number starts with 0, use voip provider (working so far) - if extension number is called, connect the call directly (working so far) - if client calls <sip:anyuser@example.com> axon should make a direct connection to that host without any sip proxy or voip provider is there any solutions for that? Modify your dial plan, fill in the anyuser@example.com into "If sip host is" ... please refer HELP
unky2020
how i can know in advance which PC my clients want to make a call to? what you suggest would mean: everytime the user want to call a "customer@domain" they would have to ask the admin to change the dial plan? I'm not quite sure Express Talk can do this. But X-Lite can. I have installed Axon. My X-Lite softphone can call xxx@domain.com without problem. You can refer to Express Talk HELP manual and check it.
