How to go back to 12.xx version?

A video pad Rep here gave me a link for a newer version but I seem to have had a trial of that, now it wants me to pay again. I just want to access my videos and move to another software 'cause I've given up on videopad. Can you show me how to get back on 12.xx so I can access my videos and download them into my PC, please?

Ps I was fine on videopad until I paid for a licence, after that I have had nothing but time wasting errors, given up on it. I should've got a refund, 'cause it was utterly useless

Thanks Borate, could you kindly tell me which one I'm supposed to download? I purchased video pad licence in February 2021....this is what happens when I use my registration code on the new version, it says use 12.xx or earlier. I downloaded the one saying 11.24 and it ended up being something called clickcharts,

thanks in advance

You were not in the Videopad section of that page, which lists many NCH products.  Scroll down to the area shown below, which is roughly between April and July, 2021.

The 10.x series, not 12.x was being offered at that time.  Any release within the six-month grace period should honor your registration.  Again, if it prompts during install, click the Maybe Later button.  Choose a file that has only .exe at the end (the 32-bit release) or one that lists 64bitpaid.exe.  Don't download Stream.exe.

Yet if all you want is to access and export your projects, the latest release should do the job during a brief trial period, even though it's unlicensed.

Along with that 'pro' version unlicensed trial, a free release of VP is available via a home page link.  But it too has limited functionality.

Someone here can help you work through any issues.
