elaut ronny
The video files I import into Videopad for editing are all changed to audio files as soon as they hit the program. This includes change of the label 'Video files' into 'audio files'. I'm a 66 year old beginner and please don't send me any serious tech stuff because I would go bananas. Simple explanation will do if at all possible. Thanks for your help.
borate
That has been seen with certain files. What is the origin and format of these files? Please share a single file and someone here will look into it. It's not difficult if these steps are followed... Upload the file to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, right-click the link and Share. (In OneDrive click Copy Link.) Copy the result and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view.
