Export with changed playback speed

Hi there.

In Video Editor, I can change the playback speed, either slowing down or speeding up. But when I export the video it is still at regular speed. How can I change a clip in the editor so that the clip exports as if it's playing at 5x speed?

I'm answering my own question.

In the editor, if I right-click on the clip, I select "Change clip speed".  I can then set that to whatever percentage I want. When I export the project, that clip will play at whatever speed percentage I specified.
