Inventoria unopenable/crashing

Hello,

I have been using Inventoria for years now to keep a database of comic books and original art which I sell online and I love their bare-bones, no-nonsense style. For the past couple of weeks, however, the app has been crashing immediately when clicked on, the window blinking on-screen for a split second and then crashing. I use a MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2021 currently running Sonoma 14.6 (though this was updated in the past couple of days and the crashing problem has been happening for a couple of weeks now). There have been short-lived problems over the years with the app crashing, but it always resolved within a couple of days. This is the longest period of time I have gone without being able to access my inventory, and it is very frustrating. I have installed the newest available version of Inventoria a number of times now and it hasn't changed anything, but frankly the dialog box that popped up to tell me to install Inventoria 12 linked to a download for Inventoria 11.11, which was the crashing version to begin with. I sent reports to NCH and to Apple a few times, and the reporting link is now broken, so I have no idea what to do. This is badly affecting my business. Has anyone else had a similar experience and if so, can you give me any advice about what might be causing the crashing? I have been religiously saving backups of my data every time I make a change, but with the app crashing before menus or windows open, I can't even access those records (or I don't know how I can). I am worried that my (currently) 8000+ item inventory data is lost! That's years of work meticulously cataloging and grading items down the tubes. If no one has any suggestions to do with Inventoria, can anyone tell me if there is a way to open the Inventoria data files in a program like Excel or (better still because I have this app already) Numbers, so I can at least print it out or read it to find particular items? I see so many folders and files that I have no idea what to open to see my content anywhere except in Inventoria. Any suggestions for Mac-friendly bare-bones inventory apps that are either free or cheap while allowing 15,000+ items? I need something that will save records on my computer, not in the cloud, and that is reliable. Any help I can get would be wonderful...I just don't know what to do anymore.
