Axon Not working with ViaTalk service

I have a ViaTalk account which is setup and working (I have tested it with X-Lite, Register, Calls in, Calls out), When I setup this account in Axon I get the following error:

I can call into my viatalk account from my cell phone and axon rings the correct extention and I can answer the call reguardless of this error.

But when I try to call out from the extention to my cell phone it times out on the extention and then a few seconds later my cell phone starts ringing, I can answer it and nothing is there.

 

I have uninstalled axon (ver 1.20) and re-installed and re-configured (ver 1.30) and this did not help.

Well it looks like this was a router issue, I have a linksys wrt54gs and it was not working with Axon. It would work with other software but not Axon or Express Talk. To fix this I upgraded the firmware on the linksys to an open source firmware called dd-wrt. after the upgrade I setup all of the port forwards for voip and everything is working just fine.
