Guest engmart Posted June 5, 2005 Share Posted June 5, 2005 Hi, I'm trying IVM for a call centre type enviroment(Single mailbox) and it works great except for one annoying problem. The modem is silent on all operations, except when it dials out to forward a new message. This wouldn't be so bad if the PC was located in a server room but its in an office and the squeaking from the modem speaker is driving people mad!. The modem is a PCI Intel 536EP internal voice modem, in a PC running Windows 2000. The modem volume is turned down to the lowest setting in windows. I've looked in IVM and I can't find any option which looks like it would achieve this. Is there a way of doing this or is it a feature of the software?
