server, proxy, and domain not working

I'm very new and not entirely tech savvy so please bear with me if I don't supply all the necessary information you guys need to help me out.

 

I've installed both Axon and an Express Talk phone. Through the Axon Web Control, I've set up extensions, a calling plan, dial plan, etc. The server, proxy and domain (all the same - XXXX.earthlink.net) that the Web Control provides doesn't seem to work though. When I input that information in Express Talk, I get the following:

 

Unable to find address of server: XXXX.earthlink.net. If anybody knows how I can find the correct server information, I would be much obliged.

 

Other info that may be helpful:

 

*My internal IP is dynamic

*I'm using a Linksys wrv200 as my router

*Though the wrv200 uses NAP, since I've opened up so many ports, Axon through STUN isn't having a problem finding a SIP Public IP.

*My OS is Windows Vista

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Double check the details earthlink gave to you. XXXX.earthlink.net does not sound like a valid SIP server, and as such Axon is "unable to find address of server".
