3 LINES SHOW INACTIVE ??

I have the professional version so I had to remove 1 of the four lines (in the settings>telephony tab) to keep the program from automatically exiting.

 

I can see my device and 3 lines just fine but when I mouse over the lines in the bottom right of the main interface it says they are all inactive.

 

Can someone please help?

Inactive just means the line isn't currently in use. That doesn't indicate a problem unless they remain inactive when someone calls in.

 

 

Correct. They remain inactive even when someone is calling in.

 

I reinstalled the IVM program and it worked for 2 calls then it started hanging up 2 seconds into the welcome OGM... then it stopped working altogether again.

 

IT IS BROKE. Anybody have any ideas? Do you need to change something in the SHT-4B/USB config program?

After a terrible day of troubleshooting I have received the following error dozens of times:

 

"IVM Answering Attendant background service crashed because of an abnormal exception."

 

Although I can see my lines on my SHT-4B/USB modem they are not communicating with IVM.

 

I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!
