Software Developers Kit?

Hi,

 

I am looking into the Axon Virtual PBX and have a question: is a SDK available?

 

I'm asking this because of the following: I have a callcenter with max. 30 callers, all outbound calls. I want my own application on a remote server to control which call is made, and which telemarketeer will get the call. In other words, my application must be able to initiate a call, wait until someone answers the phone, and as soon it gets answered transfer the call to a (free) telemarketeer.
