Call Attendant problem

i have this problem when i make calls:

 

12:11:00 Incoming SIP call

12:11:08 VoIP Call Attendant 917772420819 [Answered]12:11:08 Answering call...

12:11:16 Call has disconnected

12:11:16 Call disconnected

 

as you can see the call is disconnected around 8 seconds later

 

but when i use the simulator with the same settings it works fine

 

12:23:19 Simulator 5555555555 [Answered]12:23:19 Answered line [1000 "Simulator"] call number [7] cid [5555555555] did[] drn[0 (0ms)]

12:23:19 Play file: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Datos de programa\NCH Swift Sound\IVM\OGMs\VoIP Call Attendant Start.wav

12:23:23 Command - Record

12:23:23 Play system prompt: RecordTone

12:23:24 Recording File: C:\Documents and Settings\PERSONAL\Escritorio\111.WAV

12:23:56 Recording time-out or silence detect or outbound no answer

12:23:56 Command - Polite Hangup

12:23:56 Play system prompt: GoodBye

12:23:58 Call disconnected

 

so does any body know why?
