mcastellanos
Greetings, Here is the issue I am running into. We have a range of mailboxes created 6000 - 6300 and 6400 - 6700 An issue that has come up, is if someone dials 6350 they get a recording and can leave a message for that mailbox, even though I havent created it. This is causing some confusion. Is there a way to make it so a person cant get to a mailbox that doesnt exist? I know there is a way to create OGM's and lock them down so someone can only dial a range (6000 - 6300) as an example, but we dont want to create multiple OGMs to have to lock it down. Any suggestions?
pythonpoole
As you suggested, the only way I can think of avoiding this is to do a simple check to make sure the number is within range. I'm not sure why you would need multiple OGMs however, there is an option to simply limit the range of values that are accepted by the OGM, and I believe if the number provided is out of that range it asks the caller to input the number again.
