All of the stuff I've been reading says that I need to install the plug-in from Sony, but the plug-in only works on Windows. Can anyone help me? Maybe I don't need the plug-in, but when I go to add a file to the "empty" list to convert, it says "One or more files were not added because those files already exist in the list."
