My co-worker who uses the same download can change her auto-backstep speed without a problem, but when I try it the changes don't save. Do I need to download the software again? Guest Guest_Brian_* Posted October 6, 2005 Share Posted October 6, 2005 Are you working in a network environment? The reason I'm asking is unless you have Read/Write (a.k.a. "Full Access") permissions on the "C:\Program Files\NCH Swift Sound\Scribe" folder, the changes you make to your settings will never be saved.
