Express Talk Hold / Transfer Broken

Two computers with Express Talk installed and configured to connect to Axon on public IP

Both can call each other and talk / hear correctly

Intercom between them also works

Conferencing in a 3rd extension WORKS

 

Hold / Transfer both disconnect in exactly 6 seconds

 

Tried with and without Music on hold server - same result

Tried with default and different on-hold ringtone - same result

 

In either case, caller being placed on hold (or transferred) hears nothing for 6 seconds, then disconnected.

 

Any ideas?
