racsw
Hi, I'm trying out a couple of software CD/DVD burners, and I liked the looks of yours, so I gave it a try. I'm using WinXP Pro on a 3.4 GHz computer with 2 GB memory and a Sony CD/DVD 16x burner. I transferred about 5 GB of information ("My Documents" + "Application Data") to Express Burn to burn to a DVD, and it listed all the files. When I hit "Burn", it gives me no information, and just sits there. Eventually, I get the Windows dialog of "Program Not Responding", so I end up closing it. I'm pretty sure this is a memory usage/swapping issue, but I'll let you guys be the judge. I used Process Explorer to determine that it's using 100% of my CPU time. Any possibility of fixing this? Thanks, Robert
