diegogs
Hi my name is Diego I am trying to call out via VoIP provider for example I need to call long distance, and I am in a place far away from my office.... I call my office ("Where is installed Axon Virtual PBX") and then de digital receptionist answer the call, can I dial dor example 0 and get tone to call out? I am calling from my cell phone to the ptsn line in my office wich is connected to the Axon Virtual PBX. In the Key response/Data Entry Variable name: number Maximun digits: 16 # or End: Dial... in the box I entered Dial: %number% Then: Hung-up... Which option do I need to put there (Then)? becouse when I call the IVM answer, I entered the number eg:900573122882030# then the IVM show in the computer Dialing: 900573122882030 Dialing: complete but then said Command-Hang-up Call disconnected So the call could not be... which is my mistake? Thank you very much for your help...
IVMuser
Try dialling ! before the number. You can also use the transfer function. All is explained in the manual.
