nickdenker Posted May 9, 2007 Share Posted May 9, 2007 We're just evaluating the Axon product + extras from NCH and are trying to work out how to have a group queue. Initially got a queue with 1 member, and if you call it - after say 30 seconds, it goes to that member's voicemail as opposed to continuing to queue. This is obviously not expected... the other issue is more a "how to" or "can it be done" - and that's such things as "you're 2nd in the queue" etc... Thanks for any help!
