converting FL4 (.flp) files over to burn

i have tried a few things that i read but still unable to convert the music i have created over to a file to burn...i am using Fruity Loops 4 Studio Version

can someone plz direct me on the how to and the programs needed, if any?

so does fruity loops support converting files to wav or mp3 format?

 

if you can get it to do that, you can express burn to burn your files to cd.
