I configured Axon, and registered my DID, i can receive calls correctly, I thought it was a good idea to have the IVM answering assistant to answer the calls and have a nice menu, so i programed it. So i made the test from my cell, yes, NICE, IVM answers the call, and offers you the menu. For example, i configured to dial 1, and the call would transfer to group 701, yes!!! it rings!!!! but when i answer the call on the computers of the 701 group, the call is disconnected, I can only answer calls if the call is direct to my computer.
