Incorrect Dictation Length upon load

Hey guys,

 

I've got issues with Dictate not loading the correct duration of .dss files on occasion (14 min file showing as a 5 min file). However when I go to another copy of Dictate, the problem still occurs.

 

The file registers fine in other DSS software, and on the recorder (Philips 9360).

 

I've tried to fix by substituting with a couple of recorders of different models/brands, but the problem continues to pop up.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
