Record Pad Help

I paid for the activation and the codes they sent via email do not work and I have sent 2 emails over the last week and can not get a response from them and of course they have no phone number to call...

Please help because my trial has expired..........This is very fustrating for a new customer and you would think they would offer better customer service vs. this...
