Switch 1.12 (PC) Released

Switch 1.12 for the PC is now out. This release marks the 3rd update of Switch in as many months (1.10-1.12). The major changes since v1.05 are:

 

Formats added:

 

Reading/Decoding:

 

wmv, avi, vob, amr, mpc, midi

 

Writing/Encoding:

 

rss, m3u, pls, wpl, amr, wma

 

~ User-interface was improved to make it even more intuitive

~ added extra options for handling file conversion errors and overwrites

~ support for reading more information in wave, dct, and mp3 files (right click on file -> 'View Extended File Information')

~ support for IDv1 and IDv2 tag for mp3 files

~ support for LIST/DISP, BWF and CART tags for wav files

~ Added option for converting audio streams through SoundTap (Convert menu -> Convert Audio Stream)

 

 

Switch for Mac is currently being worked on and is due out very soon.

I tryed make convert director, with some big "mp3" files, to less bitraite (192 to > 56 kbps).

And....... all right ! Very good result !

I want say THANKS to authors by realy good program - "Switch" !
