no music on hold

Hi,

I just installed axon along with music on hold player. it all seems to work fine but when i place my phone on hold the caller does not hear the on hold music. if i call the MOH servers extension directly i do hear the music and in my ring groups i also hear the on hold music. but when i actually place a caller on hold. the caller hears nothing. am i missing something?

I believe that it depends on what type of adapter or softphone you are using.

Can you please repost with specifig info on what you are using to receive and make calls and

maybe somebody with the same hardware or softphone can help.

im using grandstream Budge Tone 200 as HArdphones and X-Lite as softphone

I am experiencing the same problem... I put clients on hold but no music is produced.

 

I keep getting a Call/Transaction does not exist error from Axon.
