Long m4b file converting incorrectly, repeating first 6 hours three times!

When I try to convert an ~18-hour-long m4b file to MP3 in a registered version of Switch, it generates an MP3 file containing the first 6:46 hours of the original file and then it starts again from the beginning of the original file, and then does this again at ~13:35. So, even though the converted MP3 file is the same length as the original m4b file, it contains the first 6 hours or so of the original file three times. Bizarre.

In this case, you may want to contact the support team directly to get more assistance about this issue.  In the meantime, you may want to try using the option to Include CRC to detect errors before you convert the files.
