Dial Dictate & Axon Setup Manual

Hi,

 

I'm looking to purchase and install Dial Dictate behind Axon. Strangely I havent found a simple installation quide anywhere about setting up Axon (all requried settings) and Dial Dictate thereafter to receive from Axon.

 

I will create and upload one here once I have bought, installed and setup these two applications but in the mean while if anyone has done this before and has any pointers for me, it will be great.

 

The intended configuration is this:

 

Server: Intel Dual Core 3GHz, 3GB RAM, Windows 2003 Server

Bandwith: Multiple OC3 Lines (server farm)

Phone Line: Vonage or Packet8 VOiP - concurrent inbound lines allowed = 16

 

The setup I would like is as below:

 

Axon takes the call and automatically routes it the first available extention (any of out 16 setup) which in turn transfers it to Dial Dictate (how does this happen???). The caller uses his userid in DD to create a new dictation and records dictation and exits as usual.

 

Any help here would save me time... I will upload a detailed, step by step manual once I have done it myself for any future users who might find themselves in a similar predicament.
