calls disconnect after 8 seconds between extensions

Hi,

 

got a problem.

 

When I make a call with a hardphone it works fine, but with a softphone (Xlite and Express talk) the calls disconnect after 8 seconds.

 

The problem is that I have no VoIP provider, the calls are between extensions so I can't change the "call polling activity" and "prevent odd RTP ports". In the "Default" external line I can't change it because it needs to be configured a provider to enter the advanced line settings.

 

Any idea?

Am also getting calls drop after 8 seconds. This happens between Express Talk terminals on different machines and also when a call is initiated via a Grandstream device incoming into the PABX routed through to a softphone.

 

Axon is installed on W2003 R2 server. My server access is via a wireless link, but this should cause problems as everything alse works OK.

 

Am unable to get unanswered calls to answer at the CallAttendant/VoiceMail either, but will be happy to get calls working first.
