DialDictate not ansering

Hardware:

IBM xSeries 225

AVM Fritz! Card Data,Voice,Fax behind the ISDN key telephone system.

 

 

Software:

Windows 2000 SP3 Server

Tapi drivers

DialDictate (latest Version)

 

Problem:

When i call the number the telephone lift-off but i hear nothing. I can log on on with my access code

and i see my actions in the log files. Soundcard is active and the volume adjusted high.
