Jonas01
Hi, Has anyone encountered this type of problem? When my users punch-in their access codes the first time, Dial Dictate returns an error saying "Your access code is invalid ...." The second time their enter it, it accepts it. I looked at my log files and saw that Dial Dictate adds "1" in fron of the access codes the first time they call in. Example: for user 9999 it adds "1" so it becomes 19999. But since that's not in the user list, it returns an error. The next time the user punches in 9999, it doesnt add the "1" and DD accepts it. It only started doing this a few weeks ago. It used to be just fine. Thanks, Jonas
