Some keyboard commands don't work

In Express Scribe the keystrokes Command+< and Command+> messed up.

 

Fast forward as command+> usually moves all the way to the end of the recording.

 

Rewind as command+< usually jumps back to the beginning.

 

I said usually because once in a while they change. Once in a while [keyboard] rewind will jump back an odd amount, like 3 minutes. If you play for a few seconds and then rewind again, it jumps back to the spot it landed on last time.
