vatsal Posted October 3, 2006 Share Posted October 3, 2006 It seems to be a great piece of software, but there is one annoying problem with it. I'm not sure if it is with the IVM or Express Talk. With the "annouce caller name throught speakers" unticked. I'm assuming this is the right setting. When the call goes to IVM voicemail, I get number of all inbound calls being announced using "sam" on my headset Is this a know fault? or is it with Express Talk and BE?
