bigdummy Posted March 16, 2023 Share Posted March 16, 2023 Hi. I'm new to this and trying to learn. However I need some guidance. I was using a template for an intro and attached the music I wanted. When I played it back, all I got was a checkered background and no audio. What did I do to cause this and what can I do to remedy it. Thanks in advance for any help. borate Posted March 16, 2023 Share Posted March 16, 2023 Which template? What music? Upload the music file and share it. Someone will check it out. It's easy, just follow these instructions... Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. borate Posted March 16, 2023 Share Posted March 16, 2023 Can't replicate that in version 13.21, using a :12 music cut from the PC's library. Upload your audio clip. The project should have been cached as needed. Install the latest release. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
