Income Statement doesnt deduct cost of goods. Help?

Ive always been using Express Accounts only recently i notice when i generate Income Statement it will not deduct the cost of goods, so the profit shown doesnt deduct the cost.

did i do anything wrong or is there any solution for this/?

Try to recalculate customer balance on the left part of the program screen. See if it works.

Same still cant deduct the cost of goods.

They say this function not available at the moment. but it doesnt make sense no? you have the function to deduct cost of sales but they replied me it wasnt available at the moment.
