Voiceman Posted February 9, 2023 Share Posted February 9, 2023 I have recently upgraded to Masters Edition. For some strange reason when I try and save a file the “ Saving” tab or window that used to show the progress of the save remain on the screen for just a split second and then disappears . The files don’t save. Could anyone please advise. I contacted technical support who advised a uninstall and start again , but sadly the issue still persists. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. IRM Posted February 17, 2023 Share Posted February 17, 2023 Make sure to have the correct version of the software compatible with your license registration code. Sometimes if you are trying to register with a previous (old) registration code into a new released version of the software or just using a non register version of the software the save features are not unlocked.
