Saving

I have recently upgraded to Masters Edition. For some strange reason when I try and save a file the “ Saving” tab or window that used to show the progress of the save remain on the screen for just a split second and then disappears . The files don’t save. Could anyone please advise. I contacted technical support who advised a uninstall and start again , but sadly the issue still persists. 
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Try doing a 'Save As' and save the file to a different folder and see what happens.

Hello Simon L. I’ve tried that and still no joy. I’ve sent diagnostic info to NCH and still awaiting a response from the designer of the product. In the meantime I just can’t use it.

Try running the program as an administrator (right-click on WavePad icon -> Run as Administrator).

Let us know if that helps.

Make sure to have the correct version of the software compatible with your license registration code. Sometimes if you are trying to register with a previous (old) registration code into a new released version of the software or just using a non register version of the software the save features are not unlocked. In case you upgrade and purchased a new code, make sure to enter the code into the software under the file tab option.

Hello IRM thanks for your response. I have checked all this. I’m still waiting for NCH developers to get back to me. But in the meantime I can’t use the system. Very frustrating!

You can try to reinstall the software and check the result.
