Edmond Lo Posted February 1, 2023 Share Posted February 1, 2023 Hi there, I have a user who has a copy of Debut Video Capture version 8. She just moved to a new laptop. When she downloaded the install file from the NCH website, the install file is for version 9 of the software and her license will not work.
