borate
What are your PC's specs: GPU/CPU? Where are you seeing this - in preview or after export. What version of VP is being used? Try the latest. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If that doesn't help, go to OPTIONS | ADVANCED tab and in the GPU processor area at the bottom, choose None (CPU only) from the drop-down menu. Please report back which measure, if any, succeeded.

PhilippH
I have a very old Samsung Serie 7 Ultrabook 730U: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80 GHz 6,00 GB AMD Radeon HD 8500M Series Intel HD Graphics 4000 Windows 10 64 Bit VideoPad Professional v13.
borate
Thanks for that. Your PC has both AMD and Intel HD. VideoPad allows the user select which one to use. Please test each and let us know which causes the issue. Go to OPTIONS | ADVANCED and at the bottom click the caret for the drop-down menu.
