Custom Report Export

I've got a custom report that I would like to export as a .csv or .xls.  The canned reports give an option to save as a .csv. 

When I choose "Export" from the Custom Reports menu it opens a window for where to save the file.  Then it exports a .eaf file.  I don't know and can't find what a .eaf file is.

Am I missing something?

To save a customer report as a CSV file in the program:

1. Open the program
2. Navigate to "Reports"
3. Select "Customer Report"
4. Click "View"
5. A window will appear, asking you how you want to sort the column
6. Select your preferred sorting option and click "View" again
7. Choose the desired report
8. Go to the top left corner and click "Report"
9. Select "Save as CSV file."
