Huggii
I recently bought a new computer and wanted my trusty video editing software on. But when I tried to download it I had the trial version. Any1 who knows how to fix this?
borate
After purchase, updates (usually minor maintenance releases) are free for six months. There's no mandate to install them; your purchased copy won't expire. Try re-registering with the code sent to you at purchase. If you are installing a release that is newer than the six-month window, a prompt will appear saying that the code is for an older version. Either upgrade, or install an older version that was released within the free grace period. If this doesn't do the job for you, contact NCH.
