Error in file after converting FLAC 24-96 to FLAC 16-44

On converting clean FLAC files as in the title, the resulting FLAC fails when I check them in the Lossless Audio Checker 2.0.7 (https://losslessaudiochecker.com/) with the error "WAVE header RIFF chunk: bad Size." This does not occur on either checking the original FLAC file or on converting to a 16-44 WAV file. However, if I use Switch to convert the WAV file to FLAC, the error appears again. Using the FLAC Frontend does not give the error on converting the WAV to FLAC 16-44.

Can this be fixed?
