Can Prism Home Version(Free) convert HEVC to H264 ?

My OSMO ACTION 3 records in HEVC format. When I want to make a clip by putting the files on Videopad it takes a very long time to cache. It was suggested to me to use PRISM to first convert my file from HEVC to H264 and then work with them on Videopad. 

I notice that PRISM come in two formats. One is Home Version which is free. Can the home version do this conversion?
