Small “fails”, like lack of the sound for 1 or 2 second in my records

Hi everyone,

I am trying this software. Actually, I bought it last week, but I am facing some problems.

I am trying to record my screen with audio "my microphone". In general are small videos something between 00:01:30 and 00:04:00. My problem is in the audio. When I am checking it, I noticed that there are small “fails”, like lack of the sound for 1 or 2 second, but, because of that I need to record everything again. Sometimes I need to try 4 or more times.

Is it a bug, or there something that I can do to solve that?

I am not aware of any bug similar to what you are experiencing.

you could try lowering the bitrate settings on the audio and using fast capture as the output format
