I live in a single resident occupancy unit in Oakland,ca. for 3 years I have been harassed and abused by the manager and 2other male tenants. they have been watching me in my unit. I hear them and try to record with my iPhone.it is very distorted to others but.I can hear them clearly. I don’t know where to go or what to do.
