Opening Balance

How do I add an opening checking account balance.  When opening the program it asked but I did not have the opening balance numbers.  So now I need to add the balance and I cant find it.

Hi, you can access the chart of accounts under View> Chart of Accounts > look for the account from the list and double-click on it or select it and click the edit icon.

You can also delete the account and add it again with the correct balance or create an entirely new business under File/MENU> Multiple Business. The setup wizard will then become available.
