JM-H
I wonder if anyone know how to slow the above problem. I have lots all my recordings and Debut seems to delete my videos within a day of recording. Very frustrating! Thanks to anyone who may know how to stop this annoying action. 🙏
elk
Are you using the default destination folder to save your recordings? If not, please change it to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Videos\Debut or try a different folder like your Desktop or Documents. In case you still have issues, you can reinstall the program from this link: https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpsetup.exe
JM-H
Hi, thanks very much. No I am not saving my recordings. They were always available on the NCH Debut Video Recordings. I lost them all. I reinstalled the programme as per your advice above. NCH is a great programme but I don't find the option where one can delete the videos after a week or a month. Would you know know where to find this option or icon. Thanks for your help.
Fred28
If you open Debut, go to the OPTIONS tab > SHCEDULE icon > in the window that opens at the bottom you should see the option of AUTOMATIC RECORDING DELETION, make sure this option is not checked.
