Snoopy56
I purchased the Olympus RS28H foot pedal but I hated it so purchased the Infinity foot pedal specifically to work with Express Scribe Pro (Licensed) but it doesn't work. I cannot get the Setup Wizard to recognise the foot pedal as a foot pedal and not a gaming controller with 8 pedals. The manufacturer Tyvs.com state that it compatible with the software but I cannot get it to work. The software provides the opportunity to put in a generic controller but that would require a driver to be developed which I don't know how to do. The seller isn't able to get the manufacturer to help so does anyone have any idea how to get around this problem. I have already spent $183AUD on the foot pedal, $80AUD on the software. gsp_runner
You have to make sure that the foot pedal is compatible. You can check the list here: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/scribe/win/inpdev-compatible.html and foot pedal driver must be detected by your operating system with the driver for the set up to continue.
