Use case scenario

I am distributor for a product, and my stock is sold at several retailers for which I currently issue them delivery note.

Therfore, I would like to be able to track the quantity at each retailer.

At the end of the month, each retailer reports back to me how many items have been sold. I intend to  update the qty of my product at each location, and furthmore send them an invoice for payment on the items they have sold to their customers.

How can I best accomplish this using NCH software?
