M_T_Mabowels
I love making 3D Stereo stills and video files on my Mac so that I may either upload them to YouTube, Vimeo or Flickr or output direct to my LG HDR 3D TV or just view then on my 27” iMac screen, or my 3D computer monitor but, when using Videopad, I don’t know the best way to go about it . My source files are - MPO stills and 3D AVI movies (720p). Source: FujiFilm W3 Real3D camera. HDR stills. Source: iPhone XS Max. Either separate Left/Right images straight form my iPhone, or converted to Anaglypgh, SBS, Interlaced (Vertical or Horizontal), or even Cross-Eye using 3D Photo. app. I can probably work out how to 3D Export eventually but I’m guessing how to use the files in the Videopad timeline. For instance, do I place straight unprocessed left image then right image into the timeline, apply any effects I want to, then export the file as, say, Red/Cyan anaglyph. I am currently experimenting importing already made Red/cyan anaglyphs straight into the Videopad timeline. I notice that the 3D video clips made by my W3 seem to appear in sequence in the timeline. Do I do this for my iPhone stills too? Or should I stitch them in my iPhone first? I use 3D Photo.app for this. It involves a lining up a single part of both images then the software stitches everything together (it even takes account of unavoidable uneven movement between taking the left and right images). It can then output to almost any format one can think of. So, if I output the file from my iPhone in, say, Horizontal Interlaced do I then just drop it straight into the Videopad timeline and Videopad will handle it (including Ken Burns etc)? It would really by useful to have a Tutorial video for this? There is one for literally everything else. Or at least something somewhere to refer to.
