Commander Chris
So I was editing a video which was originally recorded in the day, but I want to make it seem like it was recorded at night I tried a couple of effects to increase the blue in the video, desaturated it a little and decreased the brightness. However it did not seem to work very well, since it was still too bright, but if I were to decrease the brightness further, it would be too dark, so is there another effect I should add or am I doing something wrong? borate
True. Search "turn video from day to night"on the net for tips that you may be able to utilize in Videopad.

borate
Not certain that Videopad effects will give you precisely what you want, but at least those resources will generate ideas to try. Best of luck.
