Error: Other Side not found --> Disconnected

Cannot make any outgoing calls. (windows 10 64bit) express talk 4.35 version (Corporate Edition). 
Here is my log:

Searched forum and did the - Other->Options->Lines->Advanced Line Settings->Do no use an outbound server" selected. and restarted (noted above in log
Still same PROBLEM!!
