I'm having an issue whereby, whenever I press the shift key, the software scrolls around the timeline seemingly randomly. This happens when I try to select multiple clips and even when I'm typing text into the dialogue box when adding text to the project. Really strange - has anyone else had a similar issue? borate Posted July 15, 2022 Share Posted July 15, 2022 What version of VP is being used? No other reports of that behavior. Close Videopad, restart it. Before loading anything go to OPTIONS | DISC tab and Clear Unused Cache Files. Then load your project. Install the latest release and see if it clears up. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.
